Our Counselling Service
/0 Comments/in News /by Somewhere House SomersetAs of today 20 people in the local community are receiving counselling through Somewhere House Somerset and we’re receiving more referrals all the time (7 this week!). We’ve had a lot of fun raising money and organising community events and ultimately this is allowing us to provide a therapeutic service to those who need it most.
To find out more about counselling or how to make a referral/self refer click on the ‘counselling‘ section above or call 01278 780769 (Office hours only).
Thank you all for your continued support x

Blue Sky Poetry Night
/0 Comments/in News /by Somewhere House SomersetWell done to all of you who took part in the Poetry evening at the Princess tonight, it went amazingly well and was a very popular night!
‘So proud of everyone who took part! From those who’ve been in Blue Sky Theatre from the early days to those who jumped on at the last minute to confront their fears! So chuffed! Brilliant heartfelt poetry – some people, including our local MP, were in tears (so was I nearly and I’ve heard them all many times – so well read!)’ – Lewis (Blue Sky representative )
Thanks go our to the performers who presented some powerful and emotive work, everyone who worked behind the scenes organising and advertising, the Princess Theatre for your generosity and last but not least to all of you who made up the very loving and supportive audience.
We hope you all had a good time and will let you know how much we raised for the charity as soon as it’s counted!
