Thank you Social Enterprise Support Fund

The Social Enterprise Support Fund provides essential financial support to help social enterprises during COVID-19. It will help social enterprises to meet additional demands, change the way they work, make their spaces COVID-secure, and manage liquidity during the next six months.

The Social Enterprise Support Fund was established in partnership by The National Lottery Community Fund and five social enterprise support agencies: Big Issue Invest, The Key Fund, Resonance, the School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) and UnLtd with support from CAF Venturesome, the Young Foundation and Ashoka.

Thanks to National Lottery players, £18.7 million of National Lottery funding has been committed to the fund to be used to provide grants tosocial enterprise organisations that are best placed to support local, vulnerable communities in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

We have been extremely luck to receive funding from this organisation and are so grateful that as a result, we are able to help even more people. Thank you to each and everyone of you who made this possible!

Covid-19 has changed the world, it demands us to think of others.

On a side note, thank you to all of those organisations, individuals and the UK government for their support of Somewhere House Somerset during the pandemic

Thank You Coronavirus Community Support Fund!

Funding from the Coronavirus Community Support Fund, distributed by The National Lottery Community Fund, will help us to bring together the community of Sedgemoor with our ‘Sedgemoor Stand Together Project.’ During these challenging times with communities and members of these communities feeling isolated and ‘cut off’ from society, our charity exists in Sedgemoor to work with and support those individuals who have been significantly affected by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Thanks to the UK Government for making this possible
