A massive thank you to Burnham and Berrow Golf Club for putting on their charity golf day last Thursday and choosing Somewhere House Somerset & The Childrens Hospice Southwest to be their supported charities. Justin, Jan and Wilson (captain, lady captain and senior captain) did a fantastic job, under difficult circumstances with the Covid-19 pandemic, to produce a first class day.
Despite the pandemic, the event was greatly supported including each hole being sponsored, a raffle with generous support from many local businesses and a silent auction that is running until the end of October. £12000 was raised, that is incredible!
