Valentine’s Day isn’t just about loving others — it’s about loving yourself too. ❤️
Your mental health matters.
Be kind to yourself.
Take breaks when you need them.
Ask for help when things feel heavy.
And remember — you are enough, exactly as you are.
Today is a reminder that self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential. 🌿
If today feels difficult rather than joyful, you’re not alone. Your feelings are valid, and support is always there.
