We are very please to announce that the Coffee Morning and Cake sale we held on Saturday 3rd August at the Baptist Church was a huge success.
We had many donations of cakes and baked goods which made up our yummy cake stall. Cakes included; rocky road, coconut cupcakes, chocolate orange cakes, scones, mint aero cakes, rock cakes, jaffa cake, muffins, cake pops and cornflake cakes…

What would a coffee morning be without the refreshments?!? Of course this was a hit and shoppers stayed and enjoyed the tea’s and coffee’s with their cakes. We also had a seating area for people to chat, listen to the live music (thanks to Lewis) and browse the other stalls.
Among the other stalls included the clothes stall, brick a brac and a ‘tuck shop’ full of sweets and chocolate;

Thank you to all of the volunteers who donated things, manned stalls, organised the event and of course thank’s to all of you who supported us. Including Dave for coordinating, Emma, Chad, Barry, Cara, Trevor, Dylan, Victoria, Angie, Angela and Mandy for manning stalls and of course to Dylan for taking these stunningly beautiful photos;
We raised a fantastic £275.00 and had a fab time!
